Depth of field.

FACT: Depth of field is the distance between the nearest and farthest objects in a scene that appear acceptably sharp in an image.

I think that the way that the perspective of the picture is it gives a big sence of height and tiring journey because the weight of the heavy suitcases and the colour of the suitcases shows that it is a heavy and dark journey
Focal Point focuses specifically on a point of interest which makes a photo unique and distinctive.

Focal Point focuses specifically on a point of interest which makes a photo unique and distinctive.

Focal Point is also the point at which initially collimated rays of light meet after passing through a convex lens, or reflecting from a concave mirror.

i like the way the man is in green that makes it easier to work out what the most interesting part of the photo is, he is unique and distinctive because he is in green.

I think that this photo has a lot of composition in it especially with the person behind the other person and the way the shaddow is formed. This photo is also very distinctive with the black and white.

Assignment 2 First Analysis

FACTUAL; This picture is of a boy with a sniper rifle.

CONTEXT - This is one of a series of images Vee Speers took that are called THE BIRTHDAY PARTY

TECHNICAL; The photographer has put the boy in front of a white sheet this is what photographers do when you have your pictures taken professionally.it also makes the gun become distinctive and stand out because it is black against the white sheet and the boy.

AESTHETIC; i like the strengh in this image, i like this white sheet idea and would like to do this in the future.
